It kinda ruins the first movie a bit for me.

The first one ended nicely and gave a solid ending to those characters and things were all left pretty well and tied up. And then this one just kinda undoes all that, and then ruins Lucy the same way Katie Deauxma was ruined in Kick-Ass 2. And the other girls from the first movie were gone too.

I mean, it was an okay movie, and Will's rants were great, but it was just unnecessary and kinda *beep* things up a bit.

I can't speak for the inbetweeners but Katie's character change was a fault of the adaptation. In the graphic novel Katie doesn't date Dave at the end, he stayed pretty much a loser, in the second book he starts dating Night-b!tch and the film wanted to persue that instead - even though they changed so much else from the book.

This movie almost ruined the entire TV series for me.
Lowes common demoninator, gross out, lazy crud.
