Loved this movie. Disappointed there wasn't any trivia in the Imdb profile though. I would LOVE to know why that woman at the luncheon with the private school ladies was sick though. Can anyone tell me?

I don't think she was a transferee since at the later lunch with Gwen 2.0, the other women are so fascinated with the new Gwen. This is something new.

So, it was indicated somehow she had tried the experimental procedure? I didn't pick upon that.

I disagree.

When Gwen 2.0 is making her announcement, she pitches that someone sick with an illness could live on to see their granddaughter's (something), the camera pans over that luncheon's woman's face. I think the implicated is that she has some sort of terminal illness, but it's gauche to talk about it.

Such a sad movie, but it did illustrate the sacrifices many parents are willing to make for the well-being of their child(ren).
