Didn't expect more then what it was and I loved it! (spoliers)

I grew up worshiping the original and I reckon this a great take on it. Some things i loved about it where
The coconuts where there just in a different. No "ready to protect" but I like the use of em
There's the bar fight and tho Eric tho gets his arse kicked it gives master Durand a chance to extend the legs
Glass fists! that had to be there
The original Tong Po makes a guest appearance in jail, and on Tong Po, Batista is the best thing since the original
Moussi gives Van Dammes signature side kick from the original a bash in it
He kicks trees n does the splits tho not the same as the original
Moussi does the Van Damme dance in the credits! that was awesome as I was just thinking
Nak Su Kow, Nak Su Kow!! I was literally thinking during the fight that they weren't gunna do it, then, GSP saves the movie! (tho i reckon the white warrior needed some reference earlier in the film to have more meaning)
I was disappointed by no drunk dancing
GSP is cool tho doesnt get much time
there was heaps of little things but I've lost em at the moment....

a few things that i have to pick on tho they dont really change my opinion but another 20mins of runtime could've filled in a few things...
the love story? wtf was that? it either needed a little more explanation or just leave it out..
Eric never really did much fighting leading up to the final fight... He gets his arse kicked in the bar fight and mucks around with GSP a little before going ad kicking the arse of some of TP's students to get a fight. So some more small fights proving himself wouldn't have gone astray..
Gina Carano, what was she doing really? she needed more time and a bit more plot behind her...
Fighing with swords didn't have to be there and was kinda a distraction
I really missed from the original how Freddy Li n Tong Po went all out to try and distract Eric and/or guarantee he can't win the fight (ie kidnap his brother, raping his gf and killing kiki)
