It seems pretty slimy that the 45% owners were keeping 100% of the franchise payments for themselves. I hope that they had to pay Marcus his share.
From the 2/2/16 episode, it seems like they're doing next to nothing to help the franchise owners. The stepdad really does seem like a lazy jerk. And he wants a salary too?! I don't know why Marcus didn't cut him loose. As majority owner, he certainly could have.
Marcus should have gone after the mother too. She's a part owner.
The start of the franchise payments should have been discussed privately when the stores were open for business. I don't know why Marcus let it fester for a few months. I know they have a deal but sometimes people need to be reminded. If it were me I would have sent them a quick email saying: "ok it's Feb 1 and the Pittsburgh store is open so effective Mar 1, I expect my first check for my share of the franchise fee".

I talk about the show. I noticed big mouth curmed doesn't address Marcus on Twitter with his silly allegations. He talks a big game here though and thinks he's so tough but runs away from addressing the person he should be addressing.
