I didn't like Anna was made to look like a villain

She was doing all the difficult work and interacting with people throughout the company because the owner didn't want that part of the job. She should be praised and given a share of the company. That what Marcus did for other managers who were going above and beyond the call of duty for the company. Marcus probably didn't like her and felt threatened by her. If she was doing a good job, I'd love to have someone like her on my team. It also probably didn't help that Anna was pushing for more money and a share of the company instead of being a good soldier. But just about every business expert says to talk yourself up to your boss and ask for what you think you deserve.

She got paid a salary (a really good salary), so yeah it was just greed she wanted half the company too. Obviously she wasn't doing that great a job if the company had no profit and if she had to run off and cry when Marcus suggested changing things. That's not a professional, stable attitude.

You can't make someone look "villainous" unless you give them some footage to use.

But just about every business expert says to talk yourself up to your boss and ask for what you think you deserve.

I'm sure you've done extensive research on that and aren't just trying to cite generic experts to support your opinion. But that's not what she was doing exactly. Saying "no one listens to me or respects me!" after running off isn't the way to try to get what you deserve. You aren't going to get what you want by demanding it or whining about it and talking over people or bullying your boss into it. I don't think Anna is a villain, but she did come off as abrasive and needs to check herself more.

I don't know if she's to blame if the company doesn't make money. That's the owner's responsibility. She's like the general manager or operations manager. She can only be held accountable for the cost to do business not whether the company has enough revenue or profit.

I see a person who is a little rough at times but you want that person on your side in business because they will fight for you.

There's no proof of that. Now I think you say these things to get a reaction. No one can be this unhinged to think every reality show is completely fake. You got exposed at the end of last season as a fraud with your theories but you keep coming back for more. I guess you want to keep the attention going for yourself for a few weeks after this season too. You put on a big show here because you get a reaction but you're completely silent during the show on twitter I guess because people ignore your nonsense, which isn't a bad idea.

I'm glad you think you're so special that you "guessed the plot". How many scenarios are even possible? He makes a deal or he doesn't make a deal. Or if he makes a deal there's sometimes a negotiation that could make or break the business. You're supposed to be watching for the 59 minutes of the show about solving business problems not whether the show gives you a thrill up your leg at the end.

Well don't watch or ignore the drama. I watch for the business stuff and there's a lot of that almost every week. Some episodes are better than others. I don't expect perfection.

It appears you watch TV shows so you can criticize them. If you don't like drama, don't watch. But there's a lot of emotion and stress and drama in running a business. Just like you like to point out there are episodes about men and women and gay people and black people and crazy people. Well guess what? Not all small businesses are run by white men who are kicking butt every day and strike it rich on their first business idea.

You need to come out of your bubble.

Also, every show on TV follows their own formula and does the same thing almost every episode.

No. Anna was a liability, not an asset.

That what Marcus did for other managers who were going above and beyond the call of duty for the company.

Anna wasn't "going above and beyond the call of duty for the company." She was holding back the owner from succeeding. If anything, Anna should have been fired.

Marcus probably didn't like her and felt threatened by her.

Anna wasn't doing a good job. She's the reason why the company lost money. Her ridiculous salary didn't help the company's financial stability, either.
