I wasn't aware that this movie was based on a book, just stumbled across the movie awhile ago, but now that I know it's based on a book, I'm interested in reading them. I was wondering though if anyone knows if it's possible to find them for ebook format?

On a completely different side note, I'm finding IMDb so confusing these days, had to set up a new account as I couldn't remember my password or use the old email address and now I can't remember how to add a signature or change my profile ahhhhhgggggghhhh. Sorry but I had to rant to someone and why not randomers online :)

I LOVE the book! One of my favourites! In fact...I LOVE the whole Dollanganger saga (there are five books in total...not including the Christopher's Diary series!?). But as for an ebook format...sorry, I really can't help you there. I'm too old fashioned! I prefer the old paper copies... 😔 😆

However. On another note...I can help with your confusion! Yes...IMDb has changed the way in which you log-in. It's now done with the e-mail attached to your account and not merely your username. So don't forgot your e-mail! 😝

As for your signature...

1. Click on your username (beside your avatar).

2. Find the Quick Links box (beneath the Profile Checklist?)...and then click on Boards Profile.

3. Scroll down and you should see - Boards Signature (max 100 characters):

4. Enter your signature...and don't forget to hit Save Profile (a little further down).

I was an avid old school with paper backs too, but the books I read are massive and couldn't bring them everywhere with me, Hello Pillars of the Earth and the Game of Thrones series haha. It's a shame I haven't found them in ebook format, I will be keeping an eye out for them at the book store.

Yeah, I know a hell of a lot of users who returned to IMDb after a while...only to find that they couldn't access their accounts (some of which were years old!)... 😞

In the early 80's, These books were found in every teenagers bag! I read it when I was 12 ( I am a male. for what it is worth). The books were AWESOME. No movie could truly do justice to them.. I recommend you read em... Perfect for a cold crisp fall day!
