You mean 4K@60fps (not4K@60hz).
This movie was shot with "GoPro Hero3 Black Edition".
This GoPro CAN NOT record at 4K@60fps (it does 4k,but not at 60fps), so definitely not natively.
But you never know, if they upscale and interpolate, basically interpolate (for the 60fps)!

ye true even 4k release ist not possible as gopro does not not real support that

I am surprised they didnt used better stuff
