Does Henry die at the end?
I assumed he did because the big boss' wife shoots him three times and he's bleeding like crazy. So I figured closing the helicopter door was his final act before dying.
But then in the credits he gets a message about being needed for another job, so that would imply he survived. So confusing.
I'm pretty sure he's more bot than human, there's also a scene earlier in the movie where he opens up his own chest cavity to change out parts. I think he's unable to be killed.
shareWhen we can see Henry's face is this from Sharlto Copley (Jimmy) ? I could not figured it out, but as we only see this actor throughout the movie and Henry doesnt speak I believe it would have a connection, leaving the doubt.
shareFirst off, I do think he survived.
Second, we see his face as a reflection in the last fight. Where he smirks at himself, knowing he would fight till he wins or dies.
...but they hung him anyway.
Hanged, Ami. Your father was not a tapestry.
