If you enjoy watching dog *beep* Uwe Boll's House of the Dead has a lot of FPV. It's terrible though.

In addition to those, Russian Ark is apparently the only other movie like this and I assume is actually the reason that Hardcore Henry is mostly a Russian film.
I also assume you meant Enter the Void although as I recall a large portion is filmed from over his shoulder or other such things.
Maniac did have some non-pov moments but I think it still managed about 90% so definitely qualifies.
