I was worried the constantly moving camera might make me queasy
It didn't. There's enough edits and moments of stillness that it was never a problem. The only complaint I have about the camera really is that it was positioned too low. It's like a POV of someone who's keeping his chin pressed to his chest all the time, so you have no view above the eyeline, which feels unnatural.
Otherwise though, you have to hand it to these guys that they were able to choreograph the whole thing to be shot this way. It's a triumph of stunt coordination.
