Will this be released in the UK?
There are release dates for the US and France but no word on whether the UK will see the film. Will the film be released in cinemas in the UK?
shareYes, the first news from 2016 abou this movie over here were that Curzon Artificial Eye had acquired it for theatrical release in UK. No date for release announced though.

I have been told there are not many Curzon theatres, so it might have a limited theatrical release there.
I saw it last night at Glasgow film festival so maybe this suggests it will be released more widely in the UK

shareIt's not really my thing so I didn't rate it highly, however I believe that Jane Austen fans enjoyed it. It was quite funny, but don't think I fully appreciated it. It was a 'Surprise film' at the festival so was disappointed to find out it was a period drama honestly.
Although it now has its UK release, 27 May 2016 according to IMDb.
