Couldnt finish it looked so fake and laughable.

The Slenderman thing that morphs out of the dog. Looked like some B movie from 2003

That is a real person, it's on the Blu-Ray and has its own special feature. His name is Javier Botet.

it only real when walking around when the dog morphs into the man it cgi and looks pants tbf. I rated the movie accordingly on IMDB.

So because of 1 less than spectacular visual effect shot it deserves a 2/10?

Barely that, it's an effect that lasts barely a second of a 134 minute long movie... yeah that really ruined THE WHOLE THING. -10000/10.

The crooked man was supposed to look jerky and animated. He's manifesting from the animated figure in the kids' zoetrope toy thingy. He even repeats a twisted version of the song they sing earlier in the movie.
