I doubt there will be a third while this made profit it cost double what the first cost to film along with more money for promotion and it made just less than the first

159,5 - 40 = $119 million revenue.
The studio would have to go through a week binging cocaine and no sleep in order to come up with the notion to not go forward with The Conjuring 3.
