hi,

i have 2 questions :

1.
what append to the dogs !? the black one ? did it be hurt by the demon ? we didn't see it again after that possession scene !

And the ohter white one, at lauren'hoose when she's dreaming, there was a littkle white dog on the chair ! why didn't it barke when she suddenly woke up from her nightmare vision ?

2.
question, the serious one (but you can reply the my pfunny one too) :
it was written "based on a real story" at the beginning of the movie.
can a director write that even it is not true at all ? is it a crime to lie about that context ?
can anybody release a movie with "based on a true story" without any panality procedure ?

well, i do enjoy that movie, the second chapter is as good as the first one !

1. The dog that was actually the Crooked Man was never actually the dog. The dog was probably somewhere else sleeping at the time that had happened. At the end of the movie, you can see the dog with the family. As for the other dog, I don't remember that one but I'd imagine it's alright

2. I believe that it's okay that James Wan said it was based off a true story. He definitely enhanced the story for the cinema but it was still inspired by the events that took place. People tend to not realize that when a movie is based off of a true event, that means that it was inspired by what happened and isn't an exact copy of the true story

It's scary how many people think that the movie must be 100% the same as the story it's based on.

Lol yeah. There os actually a video online that explains what really happened during the events of Conjuring 2. Still made a good horror movie though
