I watched the original movie but I don't remember all the details so this is just based on what Conjuring 2 actually showed us.

When lorraine is being Ronald Defeo, we see her killing mom and dad, two brothers, one sister and then she snaps out of it. Then in the basement we see the four sibling ghosts, two brothers and two sisters (which is correct). Why didn't they show the other sister getting shot?

The other sister was on the the third floor. Lorraine never made it up there because after she gets overwhelmed and snaps out of it, the ghost brother leads her to the basement.
