... if you generally like the British sensibility for comedy then you will probably like this movie. I laughed a lot and often. One of the more entertaining movies I have seen recently. Of course the premise is a bit absurd but it is "comedy". But my wife doesn't like this type of British comedy so she chose to skip it and she was glad she did (she could hear the dialog from the next room).

So that's my advice, don't waste your time if you aren't a fan of typical British comedies.

I think the Brits do a great job with movies like these and movies all around but their TV shows like Sherlock are exceptional and hugely entertaining.

I've been watching British shows since the old Benny Hill days having been rebroadcast here in America back in the 70s. I love their sense of humor and witty banter. I wish more American shows would be as intelligently well-written and well-acted as the British ones are.
