Don't get me wrong, she was fantastic in The Theory of Everything! But she just seemed so wooden in this film. She just kept the same neutral, open mouthed expression all the way through. I was expecting a better performance from her as an Oscar Nominee.

She looked as bored as Tom Hanks did.

That's her acting, she did the same thing for two hours as Mrs Hawking.

Exactly, she gives the same "performance" in every film. It's wooden, it's like she giving out the impression of a houseplant. She lacks charm or charisma as an actress. She's going to help railroad Rogue.
