Bismuth bubbled
Why did Steven have to bubble bismuth.
shareBismuth believed that homeworld gems should be shattered and created a weapon, the breaking point, to do just that. When Steven was repulsed by that idea, Bismuth thought Steven was really Rose. Then she tried to kill him because Rose had poofed and bubbled Bismuth thousands of years ago for creating the breaking point weapon. (Rose never told anyone, making Bismuth feel even more betrayed.)
shareSo that doesn't mean they had to put her away forever. The crystal gems were the ones who put her up, and there the good guys.

shareBismuth has shown that she can't be reasoned with so easily. Rose tried to do it and she attacked her. Steven tried to do it, multiple times, and she tried to kill him. She deserves to remain bubbled for the time being.
