lacks the suspense of BB. The last couple of episodes have been meh.
shareHmmm - I think there is a lot of suspense. Is Gene going to get caught breaking into the house? What was the phone call to Kim about? How did he know where she was? How will it end?
Overall, Gene's life has been one continuous episode of boring black and white and it's just now starting to come back to life.
I have faith they know what they're doing. I sense there will be some sort of reveal either in the BB timeline or the Gene one. Obviously something will happen after them finishing the episode with him just about to enter the guy's house.
At the end of the day, the primary tension in this season was always going to come from the Lalo/Nacho/Kim outcome. Nothing that follows now will have the same level of build up or suspense. It's more about concluding Gene's story.
