So was she trying to manipulate Mike in Season 2 into buying her a better house? She says she hears gunshots and doesn’t want Mike to spend the night. Mike watches the house all night and doesn’t hear anything yet Stacey again calls him to say there were gunshots.

So did she make the whole thing up? The show never really confirms this.

Yes this needs to be answered, watching this series for the second with my so son and he brought it up saying Stacey was devious to get a new home.

Yeah that's never been answered along with what was it in Chuck's house that was still drawing power after he disconnected the circuit breakers. We also haven't fully been told why his condition existed in the first place, I mean it's obvious that it is psychological and that it has to do with Jimmy but we were never told any specifics.

From what I can remember of the timeline, it seems Chuck's 'condition' appears sometime after his divorce ( which was never fully explained), & maybe manifested itself a few years earlier when Jimmy became a lawyer.

From what we know of Chuck-graduated HS as Valedictorian at 14,obsessive attention to detail in his case work,various committee memberships, a seeming lack of empathy etc etc- it sounds like he may have had un diagnosed Asperger's syndrome, or high functioning autism & his electricity issue was a result of not having it properly treated/diagnosed.

Read the Wiki articles on Asperger's & HFA, & ask yourself if this could describe Chuck

Eh I don’t think he has Aspergers, people with Aspergers are not good at reading people at all and you kind of need to be able to do that to be a lawyer. People with Aspergers also often have a couple of random topics that they have very extensive knowledge of.

To get back to this thread and this topic Stacey Ehrmantraut.

Seems like she was bucking to get a new house but why would she think Mike had that kind of money? He lived himself in a little pos apartment. As far as she knows he is a retired cop on a pension.

I remember in season 4 where Mike offers to pick up his grand daughter that week and she asks about his work schedule. He says he makes his own hours and she looks at him with surprise. I know from time to time he helps them out but if he does too much it becomes dangerous for them.

I do not have season 5 on Netflix but does she ever date anyone? She's young and attractive and cannot stay in this widow's fog forever. That would open up some new story lines if some dirt ball was abusive or something.
