Is it possible he would have sniped Jimmy and Kim as well to keep them from talking?

Mike would have shot the aquarium as well. Gus would never permit Mike to leave a fish as a material witness.

Yeah being the cautious guy Gus is I too believe he’d want Jimmy and Kim dead. No way he could trust Kim to be quiet about a murder she witnessed and once Kim was dead he now wouldn’t be able to trust Jimmy to keep quiet about his wife’s murder . Plus as soon as the first bullet was fired the cops were going to swarm in on Jimmys apartment , no way he could trust the two of them to come up with a convincing story on the spot and stand up to the heat . It was in everyone’s Best interests that Lalo left not knowing what was going on (Same thing with Kim)

I really thought Lalo was going to, in a fit of rage, either shoot the fish tank or push it over and smash it! Especially after Saul told him not to disturb the fish.
