Agree it's been a large disappointment so far

I think it's been a very compelling character study. It isn't meant to be an action series. Maybe it's just not for you.

its just hard to match the chuck and jimmy story

the mesa verde stuff is boring

but mike, gus, and nacho & the salamanca stories are bumping along nice enough.
the new guy is very pleasantly psychotic.

and jimmy just blew a gasket -some ground had to be covered.

i sort of share in the disappointment, but feel like its going to shape up now.

I have really enjoyed this season but I will agree that it has been a painfully slow drag. I like what is going on but it is being stretched to the limit. I blame the directing more than the writing. I think that they blocked out the story board for the season and thought it was enough. They were wrong. So much time spent spending time. I like some directorial tinkering with time now and then. I get it. But it is conspicuous in BCS.
