So the purpose of selling the phones on the street...
...was to up his phone sales at the store? Since no one was coming in there, he'd go to them?
Think he'll get back at the 3 thugs who took the cash?

I have a feeling he was charging more than the phones were really worth.
shareby going to the street, and selling to street people for cash, he increases the privacy value of the phones, reaches his target market directly.
probably doing it for the money, for the fun (he's a street guy anyway), and to make a network for his scams & law practice when that comes back on-line.
saul is leaving the corporate establishment world behind for good. so, perhaps, is kim.
Yep...this is how i saw it
shareI don't think Jimmy did it for the money..... or to impress his boss.... or to network with street thugs.
Jimmy did it because he loves to sell.
It is what he does best. He is a salesman/conman at heart and is happiest when he talks people into things.
Imagine how successful he could have been if he sold real estate or was a stock broker. But then it would be an entirely different show, and not as exciting.
that's true too. but people often do things for more than a single reason.
its a good point though, because it looks like all the jobs he was going for were sales. or
his carny-like approach to the law.
a con man is nothing if not a salesman :)
Ah, i like the idea of establishing a network. Thanks.

I suspect Jimmy will call the vet, make an appointment with his new partner in crime that fills soda machines by day and steals Hummels by night, and ask a favor.
Those two seem to have established a mutual respect for one another.

Markdown..... it seems you were right about Jimmy getting back at the thugs.
shareUgh damn it!!!! I haven't watched yet lol
shareLove final scene and who he uses for intimidation, ha
shareI loved that too but I was really hoping for Bill Burr to make an appearance
shareWho did he use? I did not recognize the face.
share
One was Saul's bodyguard from Breaking Bad Huell who he also used last season to slip the phone battery into Chuck's pocket. The other was Man Mountain who was in the episode with Mike where he was a bodyguard, when they were in a car parking garage and he ran away after Mike took down Sobchak.
Yeah, I have a feeling that Jimmy will get back at those punks. You don't mess with Jimmy.
