Is this show officially a mockumentary?

Does this show have any disclaimer (that says something like "This is a dramatization") that admits it's a mockumentary, like the Animal Planet shows "Megalodon: The Monster Shark Lives" and "Mermaid: The Body Found"?

The correct term is docufiction. A mockumentary is somewhat different. They have no disclaimer because they intend that to audience to believes this nonsense, with a wink and a nod.

I think this is a not so subtle goof on the Sasquatch craze on reality TV.

I think the only disclaimer is that no one should build traps or trespass on anyone else's private property when looking for Snallygasters.....look out, they're everywhere....run for your lives.....it is supposed to be mindless entertainment as is most TV........

It's amazing how many people DON'T see this show as fiction. I know a 60+ year-old couple who totally believe these stories as true, and I sincerely do not have the heart to tell them otherwise.
By the way, did you see the backlash after people realized Animal Planet's mermaid "documentary" to be true? It was so convincing (unlike Mountain Monsters) that even the usual skeptic viewed it as legit, and they were piiissed once they realized that they'd been duped!
