Looks Like Sean Penn is Playing His Role Here With ...White Hair

When this "untitled Paul Thomas Anderson film" started filming back in February of 2024 in Eureka, Sacramento, and Stockton California(all to the north of the state) only Leo DiCaprio was photographed filming scenes -- in hippie long hair and handle bar moustache.

The movie is STILL filming in June of 2024 and the production has moved down to the far south of the state for a (climactic) shootout.

And Sean Penn has evidently been seen filming HIS scenes in this film, alongside(against?) Leo.

(How marvelous, PTA's cloak of secrecy over the whole thing -- not even giving a title -- but the rumored source novel has FBI agent Penn tracking hippie racidal Leo as part of the plot, if indeed Thomas Pynchon's "Vineland" is what is being filmed. PTA has already made a movie out of Pynchon's "Inherent Vice.")

Its always fun to see what "look" an actor is sporting for their "film in progress" and it looks like Sean Penn is wearing his hair -- white? silver? white blond? -- to play this role. He's been doing appearances and interviews for his immediate new movie "Daddio"(opposite fellow Malibu neighbor Dakota Johnson) and the white hair is in evidence.

So, come August of 2025, when this movie opens, we will see how Leo's hippie and Sean's white haired cop interact.

If , indeed, that is the story they have made...
