The lead guys name Johnny Strong - is that for real lol
Not much acting ability either, he spoilt the movie a bit with his cut price mad max style.
Some better makeup or at least better characterization of the vampyrs would have lifted a few more points and with some decent gore effects.
Very similar to the Omega Man - I am still waiting on a good remake of the Richard Mathesson novel.

Poor old Lance whilst still a great actor looks like he is on the way out , he is in some really dire movies now - From the Brilliant days of Aliens to low budget dross , what a comedown! Ron Perlman is the same he will act in anything for a pay cheque.
Still , this beats a lot of the rubbish out there - definitely worth a watch if you are into zombie/vampyr/apocalypse movies!
