he is actually. i checked in witcher wiki. Geralt saved emperor back in the day when he was not emperor just yet. in return Geralt asked and emperor promised to give him one thing that emperor had but didnt know yet. that happened to be surprise child, Ciri.
after that things got complicated and everything didnt go as planned. Geralt decided not to take Ciri but they still met because of power of promise. emperor got on throne and became evil, wanted to marry his own daughter because of the prophecy that ciri's child would rule half of the world. then things got out of control again and it goes on like that. but anyways Nilfgaardian Emperor is Ciri's father
He is her father.
Geralt rescued him from a curse back in the day, when he went by the name Duny.
He married Ciri's mom, whose name escapes me, (began with a B i believe).
Then she dies in a boating accident and Duny is revealed to be an alias, his real name was Emhyr and he is the heir to Nilfgaard.
