Book Spoliers?

To Anyone whos read the books....
I am 1/3 through Baptism of Fire and just got the game.
Will the game give me spoilers for the books? I want to get playing but have really enjoyed reading them and don't want spoilers...

The games take place after the books, set in the same universe, many of the same characters, some of the same story, same main protagonist (Geralt of Rivia) but none of the games are based directly on any of the books.
