Cut Scenes
Way to frequent and kills the flow. Just have the dialiog " in game" rather than the antiquated PS1-era cut scene.

The cutscenes work and add so much to the story. Playing Fallout 4 I can see how the franchise would benefit greatly with cutscenes- conversations are too wooden. Metal Gear Solid 5 failed to live up to previous installments because the cutscenes were severely lacking, they really didn't back up the great gameplay. The Witcher 3 gets the balance just right.
