Love his character!! He is my favorite and the scenes with his mom were priceless!!

Episode 3 was a bit on the boring side. Suggs, the hostage situation, etc.
But the scenes with Buddy and his mum were gold. I also liked the interaction between Mac and Karl.

Completely agree. Hilarious exchanges between the two.

All the talk about who makes the best martinis and why she had three cases of gin in her cupboard were funny.

Damon Herriman steals every scene he is in. They should rename this show Buddy.

The mom was overplayed way too much. Like a caricature of Southern gothic hillbilly. The kind of "gritty" portrayal that screams Look at my acting!

The scene with them chatting while she fixed his wound was outstanding. All of it.

I hope to hell he makes it out of the series alive.
