I thought they had done Buddy in. I was so glad to see him staggering through the door to his mother's, albeit looking much the worse for wear. So if there's a second season, does Buddy retire, does he keep working for the Broker, does he whack the three guys who beat on him (he's not the type to let that go) or will it be some combination. I wouldn't mind seeing him wielding the nailed bat again.

shareI think he is the most interesting character other than Mac. I also feel kind of sorry for him; he is living in an era when being gay was looked upon by many as being a freak.

shareThat was a tough scene to watch and considering what we had already seen on the finale that says a lot. I had already gotten a bad vibe though and sort of knew what was coming. Boogie Nights sprang to mind.
