My issue with The Finale

I've seen other comments about how so much info was crammed into the finale and I kinda agree with this. Also though, just the overall premise is kinda ehhh. Ok. So it just seems like a far fetched plan to pull Quarry into the business. Especially since Quarry only got involved because he helped his friend. Seems like this grand plans of the Broker depended on too many unknowns. He couldn't have known Quarry was gonna agree to join his friend and end up having to join up. Seems like a lot of trouble to track down one soldier , even if he's s good soldier there are plenty of other guys he could use. What's his plan for Quarry? It's just all too neat and clean. Plus I don't see what the hits have to do with the drug business. I guess The Broker could be involved in all sorts of things. Idk. Maybe all this will be explained later, assuming the show is renewed.
