Steering wheel on wrong side

When Stephen picks up Jane for the ball, his car has the steering wheel on the left side. At least, thats how it appeared to me. Do some cars have it on that side in England or was it like that back then or was it just an error?

I'm really not sure if this is serious or not. England drives on the left side or the road therefore all steering wheels are on the right side of the car

Just checked that scene, the steering wheel is definitely on the right side, although the camera angle does make it slightly ambiguous.

Thank you! It doesn't really bother me til I rewatch it and I appreciate you checking and not just assuming im stupid like the other poster. Because everyone should know that England drives on the left but that shot really is weird

Just to answer your general question - you do sometimes see left hand drive cars here. But it's mostly just rare models that are specially imported because there is no right hand drive version available, or people that have brought cars with them into the UK from other countries. It's certainly not common.
