i assume its because he couldn't brush them as often as people with normal mobility could

I would guess certain medicines and the deterioration of his internal organs over time.

I would think teeth cleaning would be a serious undertaking against his health with the chemicals, etc. I would also think that if he wore 'flippers' (those are teeth coverings) that would choke him to death.

So what you have is what you have.

Don't bow down to critics who haven't themselves written great masterpieces.

You're an idiot. The US have more cavities per person (for example) than the UK so even attempting that as humour is just ridiculous.

the colour of teeth varies. Not all teeth are naturally dead white.

Dead white teeth aren't natural or healthy. Healthy teath have a yellow tint. Some people just have more yellow.
