...the out-takes during the ending credits were still funnier than half the intended jokes. All in all, I give it 2.5 stars.*

shareActually, mp, the snack bar combo was more expensive than the matinee price. And I was curious to see if they could equal the chemistry of Nolte and Murphy from the original 48 HOURS. However, as they used to say at the carnival bell-ringing concession: "Close, but no cigar."

Hollyweird backed up by the Entertainment Industrial Complex and Madison Avenue don't do those types anymore.
That was a golden time the 80's.
In this day and age of the Kardashians we won't see it.
So, to paraphrase one of my fellow reviewers: "Not great; but, not terrible, either. Just adequate."
