Anyone have any idea what a Pirate's Key is?

Not really. Sexual is all I could determine.

I'm thinking it's one in the pink and one in the stink although I don't know how that is derived from a pirate's key. I'll ask my 13 year old nephew. He's an expert on stuff like this.
