Total garbage

It was pale, very slow paced and horribly written.

The script wasn't coherent. The story was jumbeled. The cast was ok.

The time travel shit was totally BS. I lost my interest right in the middle after 4th episode and after that watched it for the sake of ending this crap.

A murder investigation story has a lot of things. The biggest one is MOTIVE, what was the motive of murderer, why is he crazy and why is he killing people? This has to be explained. There was plenty of time to explain this in 8 episodes of garbage.
The next thing is, background of plot. That WW2 plot was pointless. What made him go mad, what was his anger for?
Then there is his strategy of chosing people, which people are he targetting? why is he targetting them? why is he planning to kill them?
Then there is mental dillusional state. The murderer in this garbage was totally sane and his mental state was shown as he is normal and doing it for fun.
