Pride vs Pemberley

Immediately after starting to watch Death Comes to Pemberley the thought is of how fine a writer Jane Austin was, this "sequel" is so bad as to being offensive, the commonness of the dialogue almost as though 21 century commonness attempting to be Austinesque, which is of course what it is ,indeed the only dialogue that is tolerable are the flash backs to Pride, looking past that Elizabeth does not match my image of her from see her and readings, also switching Darcy and Wickham would help a little but the only thing that would help this horror would be if Jane could've written it herself
