Maybe I misinterpreted that scene, and maybe she was just out of her mind with grief, but it just seemed kind of cold and greedy to me.
shareUh I think she went back for it because it was sentimental. Not because it was shiny and expensive. They made a point to do a close up of it at the end as well to remind the audience of her loss.
