I think this is a new shark movie. I read somewhere that they planned on filming this month. Can anybody confirm this?

I have serious doubts about this movie as the plot sounds interesting but there's something about the director and the rest of the crew that puts me off. Also I love Mandy Moore but it's been a while since her "mainstream" days. Hope she proves me wrong and we get to see her in a complete different register.
