I tried to find the music (score) at the very end, no luck so I did a screen grab and uploaded it to youtube. By the credits I don't think there will be a soundtrack because it only shows 4 songs. I hope they release a score. DId remind me of "The Descent" track from the same titled movie.

thats the link to the final song, Down in the woods,, it doesnt sound as great as it does on the film, they've changed settings, so vocals are more predominant in the film. I loved it too, hence my search, and found this, I think it would be the one you are talking about?
