So what was the twist(spoilers)

Was the Mandy Moore character in the water, hallucinating she was on the boat, or was she on the boat, hallucinating she was in the water? Which sequence was real?

Anyway, good movie.

She hallucinated that she saved her sister, fought the sharks and was on the boat.

When the coast guard got there her leg was still trapped under the cage.

If the other way was correct, it would of ended with her on the boat.

Lisa was hallucinating. She was still trapped in the cage on the bottom. Using the flares to keep the sharks at bay seemed smart and the visuals were looked cool so I'll give them credit for that.

I thought it was also interesting when Lisa is on the boat and staring at her hand. Taylor is talking to her and then his voice fades out.
