Maul Should Battle Both Vader and Obi Wan

Best outcome for Maul's ending if he is to finally perish;

Vader hunts down Maul and a nasty battle ensues. Maul could taunt Vader about remembering him as a child, would really twist the knife as Vader hates to remember his past. Maul impressively damages Vader but is ultimately injured badly by the younger/stronger Sith. Maul escapes set on finishing Obi Wan with what strength he has left. Kenobi and Maul battle but Maul is too handicapped by his injuries from Vader. The otherwise outclassed old Ben Kenobi defeats Maul, once again using his wisdom and strategic cunning. This is the end of Maul and Obi's last true fight (as his duel with Vader in ANH was just stalling knowing he couldn't win).

That's the best outcome/resolution to Maul I see. Not only allows Maul a fight with Vader and Obi Wan, but makes it more plausible old man Kenobi could defeat Maul. Also a nice irony would be Vader's damage to Maul is what saves Obi Wan from defeat.

Aside from Maul not dying and just retreating into deep space with Kanan and Ezra after him (effectively taking them out of the story of the original trilogy), this would be the best way to see Maul's final demise. Ya feel me?

Sounds like a great plan... but Disney won't go that way.

I would love to see both fights happen.

In my opinion, Obi Wan should not be involved in anything concerning Maul, or the rebels. He should just remain the protective, overseeing hermit that just keeps a low profile.
It would maintain better continuity with ep IV.

Maul would survive for how many seconds? He lost to Kenobi when he was a padawan. Later on he failed to even slash Kanan's head off. He only turned his eyes white. He has to have the weakest arms in the galaxy. He followed up by getting beaten easily by a blind Kanan.

Ohh and he cried like a little girl when Palpatine beat him in the previous cartoon.

Yeah it is plausible no matter who kills him now. His threat level is down to zero.
