There could be times when John Spartan arrested a thousand criminals in over 3 years with allot more business in various times. Those are ideas for short stories and us fans could write them backstories on John Spartan before 1993. There might be some criminals who get redeemed and get descent jobs and others who could join criminal gangs. He could discover many of the criminals he took down going to there. There should be hundreds of criminals John Spartan and his allies arrested that get sprung by Henry Yates and Simon Phoenix with the criminal friends of Simon Phoenix and Adam is just a random gang member to both Henry Yates and Simon Phoenix who's believed to be the toughest criminal. There could be John Spartan and company taking on loan sharks like arresting them.

Prequel Set Two

There might even be criminals that John Spartan took down on the LA PD who had redemption and newer criminals rise in LA like after Simon Phoenix's criminal empire are all dead or in cryo-prison frozen with the organized crime rivals all whacked out. Also then John Spartan and Simon Phoenix themselves are frozen and Simon Phoenix got away with perjury as John Spartan unable to prove innocent. There could even be Franchise Wars in this leading up to Taco Bell being the only fast food restaurant when the main characters are frozen. Also on Kodo killing FBI Agent Glenn Andre on the Yakuza investigation.

Prequel Set Three

There could be Franchise Wars in this based on the commercials for Taco Bell. There could even be Franchise Wars in this leading up to Taco Bell being the only fast-food restaurant when the main characters are frozen. There could also be the story of the parole system rendered obsolete. This is when John Spartan's friends deal with dirty cops and no proof on him framed. They suspect a corrupt system. There could even from the Franchise Wars and parole system be backstories on Lenina Huxley.
