Kate in Australia filming The Dressmaker
Kate sent a video message from Australia where she is filming The dressmaker at the BFI festival where A little Chaos pemiered last night. She look really good, dying to see her in a costume from film.

Mr Rickman spoke briefly to the audience before the film, thanking them for coming and delivering apologies for the absence of his leading lady Kate Winslet who is working in Australia. Winslet herself then turned up on the screen in a video message professing what I believe was genuine regret at not being there before having to wrap up to tend to the infant child just out of shot.
Obviously Kate took her newborn son Bear with her and she is doing both things filming and tending to him.
