Is there anything worse

Than shooting a period movie digitally?

Yes, putting Corset Crone Kate Winslet into it as well, and expecting it to be anything other than a complete waste of time.

May I ask you a question? Have you actually seen this movie yet? It's not even officially released to the general public yet so I doubt many people have seen it. And if you have not seen it yet, then you are basically just ignorantly judging the movie without even watching it first, and I find that much worse. I'm not trying to "force" you to watch the movie or anything, it's your choice whether you want to watch it or not...I just wanted to point out how ignorant it is to judge a movie without watching it first. But if you have seen the movie, then excuse me.

Yes, there is. Reading your stick-up-your-butt rants about digital. We get it, it's not your cup of tea. Now move on...

I can't tell if this period movie was shot digitally.

I could guess that all those fake sets were digitally enhanced in the fire scenes.
