I don't get why the two guys got super alien arms and legs and Haley had nothing? I noticed they found a kind of marking on her upper spine but I don't understand why she had nothing?
Somebody help me out, was it something I missed or did it just not happen for her??

Haley, like the old woman, is not being experimented on. Instead she is a catalyst in the experiment that by definition causes changes without affecting the make up of the result. The old woman most likely has been in that role for decades. A benefit as her mind can be directly guided. The others without the implant she has (noted by the metallic device seen on her upper rear neck) instead had to undergo memory wipes and implantation, evidenced by Nics constant flashbacks to such.
shareActually, she did receive a power, according to director William Eubank in an interview with Geekadelphia. He just was unable to fully develop it while filming:
"Q: Back to 'The Signal', while you briefly touch on it I have to ask does Haley have an ability and if so what is it?
A: Yes, yes, yes. She does have an ability and there are small representations of what ability each kid has. Unfortunately the reality of it is I wasn't really able to by the end flesh out what I wanted to do with her. But I did make a conscious choice; because I know even when I was filming I wasn't going to show her ability, I wasn't going to show that thing on her back.
But I started to lean towards it while I was filming because what if I get to do something extra in this world? I am really going to regret as a filmmaker not planting that seed. So I decided to do it, even thought I know folks would want to know. But it may be a DVD extra or if I get the chance to make a sequel."
