2.3.5.41
2+3+5+41=51 Area 51!!!!
Obviously but I realized that.
It was said in the movie by Knapps character.
shareNot obvious to me. I mean why create a sum and not just write "51"? I was pretty sure it had something to do with Fibonacci primes, but another poster said it had something to do with IP addresses, or as it turned out, simply physical addresses. 51 seems like the dumbest of the potential explanations.

I'm sure you're right. It's amazing just how far we'll go to try to mentally fix SF movie flaws. It just shows how hungry we are for some decent hard SF.
share2.3.5.41 as an internet address resolves to somewhere in Lyon, France. It's hard to see that it has any connection to the movie.
shareIn the last 5 seconds before the ending credits, as Nic is standing in the hole he just smashed through the alien ship's menagerie; one can see the craft's registration number on the glass "hull" above him (2.3.5.41) Nic's matching tat registers him to that vessel.
shareVery clever of the EBE's to use roman numerals on their craft.
