This is not a good movie

The standup acts, and there are three by the main character, are so incredibly bad it is embarrassing. Perhaps we are meant to feel sorry for her. But I really didn't care enough about her. The humor, such as it is, never rises above potty humor. Stepping in dog poop isn't funny and the attempt to make it funny is painful. Peeing outside and farting isn't funny either. The pregnancy test also has some obligatory potty humor; not funny. The movie actually drags the pregnancy test out focusing on the timer in slow-mo. I get it, time seems to drag. And in a movie searching for substance every extra second counts. The abortion sequence is awkward. It attempts an ambiguous approach. Luckily the boyfriend is all in for the abortion, so that's good. The main character does shed a couple of obligatory tears during the procedure, but she needn't because she is now part of the sisterhood of which her best friend and her mother are members. The "no-regrets" club. The movie ends to the strains of "Gone with The Wind" as the abortion couple settle in for some cuddle time.
