Not only a sweet film but informative!

I really liked how they included the mother's experience of having an illegal abortion in the 60s. She made like it wasn't a big deal but I was terrified for her. I hope no one has to go through that again.

Also, I had no idea it could be too early for an abortion???? I thought they try to do it early.

I totally agree ! Her recollection of her perilous journey to find a illegal clinic in the 60's really helped to show this generation of irresponsible self entitled youth what people had to endure when they wanted to fix "mistakes " Followed up with a nice diarrhea joke.

I'm ok with movies depicting abortion situations that's life. But this film does nothing whatsoever to even remotely suggest considering another option. In fact it just seems to encourage it.

This is pure NWO BS. Even stuffed a load of feminism and homosexuality down our throats .

I think that the part of her considering her options was done off screen. When she goes to the clinic and confirms the pregnancy, they do say to her that she should think about it and she said she HAS thought about it. I don't think at this point we really need another movie that shows someone struggling with the decision, everyone knows it's a hard decision that one no one ever wants to have to make. No one ever encourages abortions. That's just ridiculous.

I don't agree about the homosexuality, just because she had one gay friend that doesn't mean they are shoving it down our throats. It didn't show anything about his life outside of hanging out with her and her other girlfriend.
